SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Ground depending on the weight of the package.

Orders will process and ship in 5 - 10 business days AFTER receipt of your order. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for shipping transit time after that. If you need something sent via expedited freight please contact danielle@adcentiveswest.com to make arrangements. Extra charges will apply.

RETURNS POLICY

If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, please email danielle@adcentiveswest.com

You will receive an email or phone call within 24 business hours.

All claims for damages, shortages, etc., must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise.  Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days from date order was recieved. 

Discontinued items may not be returned at any time.

Please include your order number and details as to what you are returning and why. Defective merchandise or wrong items shipped by mistake will be replaced free of charge including shipping. Exchanges will be subject to additional freight charges. You will need to provide a credit card number to pay for additional freight. A customer representative will contact you to obtain credit card information. Do not email credit card information.
